    No returns are accepted without prior authorization from ImmunoCentrix.

  • 3.

    Shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Freight Forwarder - customers can use their preferred cargo on their responsibility.

  • 4.

    Handling fees for international shipments would include ice and isolated packaging.

  • 5.

    Certification of Analysis will be included in each kit.

  • 6.

    Payment term is cash in advance via wire transfer.

  • 7.

    We require a 2% fee for payments by credit card.
